Multitel Pagliero has cancelled its distribution agreement with its partner in Poland – Multitel Polska, which is based in Subice, near the German border.
We made several request for more information, but the manufacturer was adamant that it would say no more than what is contained in the statement it issued on Friday. The full statement is as follows:
“Today, after more than 40 years of cooperation, Multitel Pagliero and Multitel Polska have terminated the commercial cooperation for the sales and service activity on the Polish market.”
“This is part of the ongoing reorganisation of Multitel Pagliero distribution footprint on key European markets. We would like to thank all Multitel Polska team members for their long term support and dedication to the Multitel brand and products.”
The Multitel Polska company name was adopted in 2004, prior to that it traded as Easylift Polska. It has been managed by Artur Kusch since 2017 and is associated with a group of companies set up by Berlin based Rolf and Marie Luise Böhmer.
As already mentioned, Multitel would not be drawn on its future plans for Poland.
