The president of ML System, Dawid Cycoń, also indicated that the completion of the investment under the 2DGlass project is scheduled for the first quarter of 2022, and the Active Glass project is to be completed in 2023.
“The market is waiting for the mass production of Quantum Glass to start, and we see great interest from our partners in this technology. The production line dedicated to active glass with a quantum coating will be unique in the world, therefore the completion of machines was a demanding process, which – mainly due to the pandemic – required additional commitment and time from the contractors of the devices and from us. Parameterization is ahead of us, and after it is done, we plan to start mass production of Quantum Glass. We estimate its launch in the fall of 2021. (…)” said Cycoń.
All the devices that make up the modern production line have already been delivered to the company and are currently being integrated. Before mass production can start, it still needs to be parameterized, he added.
“Completion of the investment under the 2DGlass project is planned in the first quarter of 2022. In turn, we plan to complete the largest investment project, Active Glass, in 2023” – indicated the president.
