Mirbud Group’s order backlog was worth PLN 4.45 billion at the end of September

The Mirbud Group’s order portfolio was worth PLN 4.45 billion at the end of September this year. compared to PLN 4.81 billion a quarter earlier and PLN 5.56 billion at the end of 2022, the company announced.

As at the end of September this year, 77.2% of the backlog value were road engineering facilities, 12.9% – public buildings, 8.3% – production, commercial and service buildings, and 1.6% – residential buildings, mentioned in the resulting presentation.

The company explained the lack of the expected increase in the order portfolio by excluding appeals regarding S19 and S16 from tender procedures (appeal procedures in the National Chamber of Appeal are ongoing).

“The observed fierce competition for obtaining new contracts may result in future implementation/financial problems for companies that are currently winning tenders on the verge of profitability of contracts,” we read in the presentation.
