Mindspace is opening its second capital location in the Skyliner skyscraper and is considering new locations in Warsaw and regional cities, Michał Kwinta, the head of Mindspace in Poland, informed ISBnews.
“At the end of April, our customers will be able to move into our new location in the Skyliner skyscraper. This is Mindspace’s second place in Warsaw after Koszyki, and we see potential for another location in Warsaw – especially in the face of a clearly visible office supply gap. The next step will be to expand the offer to include regional cities where centers for the development of technology companies are located. The London department of Real Estate Mindspace, responsible for the company’s expansion, has an excellent picture of the Polish market and its prospects, Kwinta told ISBnews.
In 2021, Mindspace raised $72 million in development funding. Currently, the company has a total of over 40 locations in 20 cities and 7 countries in Europe and the United States.
“Mindspace Skyliner is a strictly business location, unlike the lifestyle style of our space in Koszyki. This is certainly an element of portfolio diversification to almost 4.5 thousand. m2 and over 600 workstations in the currently most top location in Warsaw. We offer here larger office units with internal conference rooms than in Koszyki. This is the answer to the hybrid work trend. On April 24, we will start accepting the first tenants, and the official opening of Mindspace Skyliner will take place in autumn,” added Kwinta.
“The interest is high, about 50% of the space is in advanced talks with companies, especially IT and fintech. These sectors currently generate the greatest demand,” added the head of Mindspace in Poland.
