Mex Polska, a holding company listed on the Warsaw Stock Exchange, managing a network of popular gastronomic points, consistently implements the development plans of the Capital Group and announces the opening of a new premises as part of the Chicas & Gorillas concept. On the night of 20/21 January this year, the second point of this brand will be launched, located at ul. Piotrkowska 85 in Łódź. The first one was opened in February last year on the Market Square in Wrocław.

The Management Board of Mex Polska on an ongoing basis acquires new attractive locations that meet the conditions for launching new premises, the construction of which will be financed from its own funds, and in the case of a franchise from funds from franchisees.
In 2021, the number of dining establishments in Poland increased by 15.1 percent. yoy, to approx. 74.2 thousand, according to the data of the Central Statistical Office.
Currently, the Mex Polska Capital Group manages 44 dining establishments located in the largest Polish cities. These include the popular gastronomic bistro Pijalnia Wódki i Piwa (owned and franchised), The Mexican, the largest chain of Mexican restaurants, the Pankejk restaurant chain (Gdańsk and Łódź) and the modern concept of Prosty Życie (restaurants are located in Warsaw and Sopot).
