POLAND The town of Kołobrzeg is looking for an investor to help finance and develop municipal complex for recreation, education, sport and entertainment to be built on a seaside plot owned by the council.
The building is to eventually be built on ul. Wschodnia. The town council has invited investors to make their presentations for their own project concept. Details of the tender are available on the Kołobrzeg public information website with all offers to be submitted by September 21st.
