For the first time in this Lower Silesian city located at the foot of the highest peak of the Karkonosze Mountains, it was held in the pandemic 2020. Back then, Krynica was located in the so-called the red zone and it was impossible to organize such events there.
- We passed this test and it was a little easier for us to apply to move this event for longer. It is certainly an event of a very high level, very prestigious and increasing the rank of the city – says Radosław Jęcek, the mayor of Karpacz, in an interview with BI Polska.
- Today we are at the stage of preparing the details and I am convinced that in September we will be prepared to receive guests – adds the city’s steward. The organizers of the Economic Forum that about 4,000 will appear this year.
- Ultimately, we would like there to be more of them, the congress center is ready, and we have 20,000 beds in Karpacz.
