InventionBio - a company from the Hub.Tech Group - has submitted an issue prospectus to the Polish Financial Supervision Authority in connection with its planned debut on the main market of the Warsaw Stock Exchange (WSE), Hub.Tech reported. The company expects to go public in the second half of 2022. Not more than 231,317,302 ordinary shares are to be traded: 200,050,000 series A ordinary bearer shares, 22,372,662 series B ordinary bearer shares, 509,948 series C ordinary bearer shares and 8,384,692 series ordinary bearer shares D. The company going public is to involve, inter alia, with increasing its credibility and transparency and releasing the value of InventionBio, which, in the opinion of the management board, will allow it to become the largest company in the industrial biotechnology industry in Poland, it said. “Over the last few years, InventionBio has become a mature company that continues to grow. The main market of the WSE is therefore a natural place for our company, and the debut on it will be a great event in its history, giving us a wider range of opportunities for development and expansion. The company has the potential to become the largest company in the industrial biotechnology industry in Poland. We have a modern machine park and a laboratory. We are constantly trying to increase our business through the implementation of many promising R&D projects. We hope that investors will see the enormity of opportunities hidden in our state-of-the-art technologies, ”said Marcin Łukaszewicz, President of InventionBio, quoted in the release.
