InPost has extended the cooperation agreement with the Allegro shopping platform. Thanks to this, Allegro users gained access to over 2,000. new collection points within PaczkoPunkty InPost.
PaczkoPunkty InPost are stationary collection points that offer professional service and even wider availability. Allegro customers with Allegro Smart! can not only benefit from free delivery for purchases worth PLN 45 via Paczkomat, but also receive delivery on Saturdays without additional fees both via Paczkomat and to PaczkoPunkt, it was announced.
“Allegro users love deliveries via InPost – we can see it in the increasing volumes of parcels in our sorting centers every year. Therefore, the new service will certainly be welcomed – because it will make the delivery of purchases from Allegro even easier and more efficient. Our great advantage is speed and convenience, and the InPost offer as part of Allegro Smart and special deliveries on Saturdays will attract even more users of the largest shopping platform in Poland. The quality and speed of delivery are often crucial for a purchase in a given store or platform, it motivates and reduces the number of abandoned carts. We observe such trends in every European market where we operate. Hence, it is natural that purchasing platforms cooperate with the best logistics operators,” said the founder and president of InPost, Rafał Brzoska, quoted in the release.

InPost is a delivery platform for e-commerce. Founded in 1999 by Rafał Brzoska in Poland, InPost operates a network of parcel lockers in Poland, Great Britain and Italy, and also provides courier and fulfillment services for e-commerce sellers in Poland. In July 2021, it finalized the acquisition of the French company Mondial Relay. In January 2021, InPost debuted on the Euronext Amsterdam stock exchange.
Allegro is the number 1 trading platform in Poland. Sales are carried out mainly by companies via the Allegro.pl marketplace e-commerce platform. Since October 2016, Allegro has been owned by Cinven, Permira and Mid Europa funds. The company debuted on the WSE in October 2020. It is included in the WIG20 index.
