In the strategy update, IFS Poland & Europe East (IFS Poland & EE) assumes i.a. increase in sales on foreign markets and the expansion of the partner ecosystem, the company said.
“The undeniable advantage of IFS is flexibility and responding to customer needs. Now we have decided to strengthen the sales department and prepare a new concept of cooperation with partners. Our last year’s results are very satisfying, which is why we don’t stop. I am convinced that we will see the positive effects of updating our strategy in the next two quarters,” said Marek Głazowski, President of IFS Poland & EE, quoted in the release.
IFS Poland & EE will be responsible for i.a. Tomasz Piechota, who took the position of director of the partner and marketing department.
“I am glad that I could get involved in the preparation of the partner channel expansion strategy and take up a new position, and thus take responsibility for the implementation of our future plans. I know that a demanding year awaits us, but I am convinced that we are well prepared for the upcoming challenges in every field of our business,” said Piechota.
In addition to the markets previously belonging to the Poland & Europe East region, the area of the local IFS team has been expanded to include the Baltic countries, which opens up further expansion opportunities. The local IFS team has doubled in size since early 2021. This is confirmed by the steadily increasing demand for IFS product services. Since the new year, the company has opened dozens of new recruitments.
