Hawe Telekom plans joint international projects with US company Infinera

Hawe Telekom is strengthening cooperation with the technology giant Infinera – both companies are planning joint international projects on new routes, the company announced.

The “Super Highspeed Delivery” project, already implemented thanks to the cooperation of Hawe Telekom and Infinera, is a response to the growing market demand for fast and reliable communication – the new transmission system allows for express connections of long-distance nx100G connections between Frankfurt am Main, Warsaw and Vilnius. A unique feature of the system is the ability to provide the customer with a ready, working connection with nx100G capacity within 48 hours of placing the order. The total available bandwidth is 2.4Tb/s, it said.

“We do everything to guarantee stable network operation for our customers. We want to provide them with efficient access to the expected service while maintaining the appropriate speed and stability of the connection. We are convinced that an effective and secure network will change the data transmission market in Europe and will allow us to meet the expectations of even the most demanding businesses in Poland and neighboring countries. Therefore, we decided to develop cooperation with Infinera and introduce a new product to our portfolio. It is worth emphasizing that we are talking to the first customers in Poland interested in the new service,” said Paweł Paluchowski, president of Hawe Telekom, quoted in the release.

“As a supplier of innovative solutions, we enable our partners to expand network infrastructure in many countries around the world. We are glad that thanks to cooperation with Hawe Telekom we can provide new services that will benefit Polish customers. We look forward to continuing our cooperation to introduce these new types of services throughout the region,” added Infinera Sales Director for Central Europe Robert Bondarenko.

Hawe Telekom is the owner of a modern nationwide fiber optic network with a length of over 4,000 km. km, within which it provides wholesale data transmission, Internet access, IPTV and fiber optic lease services to over 100 domestic and international telecommunications operators.
