Ghelamco has chosen Mota-Engil as the general contractor for its 24,100 sqm Kreo office development in Kraków.
Kreo will be located at ul. Wadowicka 12 in Bonarka district south of the city centre. The former Elbud building on the site was demolished at the turn of 2019 and by local architectural studio Q-Arch, references that of its predecessor.
Each floor will have an area of 2,700 sqm while the offices themselves will have their own terraces. Electric car charging stations and bicycle parking with showers are also to be provided for the building’s users. The building is to be BREEAM certified.
Kreo is a combination of two words: Kraków and creativity. The name perfectly reflects the potential of Kraków and its inhabitants.
