GGDAB Polska is starting a crowdinvesting issue of up to PLN 4.65 million

GGDAB Polska – the operator of the e-sports platform Day of Duel – is launching a crowdinvesting issue of shares for an amount of up to PLN 4.65 million in cooperation with Beesfund, the company said. There are plans to debut on NewConnect after 2024.

There are announcements of a joint project in the social channels of the footballer Arkadiusz Milik and the gamer known as ‘Rojson’. Now they reveal the cards: both have become strategic investors in the new Day of Duel esports platform. The list of shareholders is not closed yet, because the crowdinvesting issue of GGDAB Polska SA in cooperation with Beesfund has just started. The target is approximately PLN 4.65 million. There are plans to debut on NewConnect after 2024 “- we read in the press release.

By the end of 2025, GGDAB wants to acquire 130,000. active Day of Duel players and make available to users over 60 games. The main source of the company’s income will be a commission of 10% of the entry fee paid by players. To this end, the company applied for the status of a small payment institution supervised by the Polish Financial Supervision Authority, the company said.

“Ultimately, GGDAB’s budget will also be supplied with profits from game production, licensing and advertising sales. Within three years from the launch of the platform in Poland, i.e. until the end of 2025, we assume revenues of PLN 25 million. In the next two years, intensive investments in technologies and project promotion will be carried out to end the year 2024 with profitability, ”announced the investor and president of GGDAB Polska, Mariusz Kaletka.
