Genomtec has an agreement with a partner to enter the Taiwan market

Genomtec has signed an agreement with a commercial partner and its Taiwanese subsidiary to identify business prospects and opportunities leading to local trade agreements to bring the Genomtec ID platform to the Taiwanese market, the company said.

"Under the agreement, the partner will support the issuer, in particular in the qualification of potential partners willing to enter into a commercial agreement covering distribution, sale, resale of the product (s) in the territory, conducting marketing activities and assistance in regulatory consultancy resulting in the approval of the product for sale in the territory" - we read in the announcement.

Partner is an innovative Polish-Japanese biotechnology company specializing in introducing nutraceutical products and medical diagnostic products to the East Asian market. In addition to diagnostics, the partner's activities also focus on research and development as well as commercialization of innovative solutions in the field of biotechnology.
