Fortis Group has sold the Premium Park retail park to British investor LCP Properties

Fortis Investments, a real estate development company specializing in the implementation of commercial and residential projects in Poland, has finalized the sale of the Premium Park retail park in Lubrza near Prudnik. The new owner is LCP Properties – a British investor operating in the commercial real estate sector.

Premium Park in Lubrza is a retail park with a dozen or so stores of well-known brands and a grocery store from the “Biedronka” chain. It is one of the largest retail and service facilities on the Polish-Czech border and the largest facility of this type in the Prudnik region. The total building area of the facilities is over 11,000 square meters. The facility is 100 percent. commercialized. The park was opened on October 21, 2021.

The tenants include 4F, Biedronka, CCC, Deichmann, Diverse, Kaes, KIK, Martes, Monnari, Neonet, Pepco, Sinsay, Smyk, TEDi, Rossmann and Young Reporter. The complex also includes an exchange office, a pet shop, a restaurant, and in the coming months, a Bricomarché DIY store, a McDonald’s restaurant and a Shell petrol station will be opened.

“The interest on the part of LCP Properties confirms the attractiveness of our assets and the correctness of our business assumptions. Retail parks are assets that, in my opinion, will continue to grow in the coming years. In Poland, we can still find many places where there is a shortage of modern commercial space. The markets of smaller cities in particular experience a lack of supply of quality suitable for many tenants” – comments Sebastian Wiśniewski, president of the board of Fortis Investments.
