FBSerwis from the Budimex group estimates that it can invest up to PLN 600 million in waste processing installations within 5-6 years, said Artur Pielech, the president of FBSerwis. At the same time, the company is focused on acquisitions and, thanks to them, entering new areas of activity, e.g. facility maintenance.
“We estimate that we will spend up to PLN 600 million on investments in new installations in the next 5-6 years,” Pielech said.
At the same time, the company is “constantly analyzing acquisitions” in the waste management market – although, as the CEO noted – it is difficult to make an acquisition either due to high financial expectations of the most valuable entities or due to the risks arising from past operations in other companies.
He announced that by the end of the year the company wants to update the strategy of the “non-waste” division, ie covering other activities. She expects that the developmental business is not road maintenance. On the other hand, services in the area of heating, water and sewage networks, railway lines and others are promising.
