Erbud has officially inaugurated the operation of the MOD21 production plant in Ostaszew near Toruń. This means launching a new segment of the group's activity - the implementation of modular buildings made of wood. “The start of the factory is a milestone in the history of the Erbud Group. Despite the extremely unfavorable conditions and market environment - the coronavirus pandemic, the collapse of global supply chains, the outbreak of war in Ukraine or rampant inflation, we completed the project on time," said CEO Dariusz Grzeszczak during the ceremony. As part of the new business area, the group is planning to build large buildings made of modular wooden objects - hotels, office buildings, dormitories, hospitals, public buildings. The Group intends to reach the full production capacity of the plant in Ostaszewo in 2026 and will then produce approx. m2 of total module area per year. The production line was provided by the German company WEINMANN. The Erbud Group is a Polish construction group providing services in the residential, commercial, public utility, engineering, road and energy segments in Poland and European countries. It has been listed on the Warsaw Stock Exchange since 2007. In 2021, it had PLN 3.1 billion in consolidated revenue. Source
