Drago entertainment plans to submit an issue prospectus to the Polish Financial Supervision Authority (KNF) in the coming weeks in connection with the planned transition from NewConnect to the main market of the WSE, said CEO Joanna Tynor.
“We are currently finalizing the work on the document. We hope that we will be able to submit it to the Polish Financial Supervision Authority within the next few weeks, ”said Tynor, quoted in the press release.

In the first half of this year. the company generated net sales revenues of almost PLN 4.2 million compared to almost PLN 0.5 million a year earlier. The net profit in this period was PLN 0.66 million, and EBITDA was PLN 0.46 million.

“It is with great satisfaction that I inform you that we are closing the first half of this year with record results. It was significantly influenced by the sale of our flagship project - 'Gas Station Simulator'. I am glad that, in line with the assumptions, in September 2021, we managed to create a product with a long life cycle, which not only earned itself quickly, but also allowed us to achieve a stable financial condition. I hope that the consistent development of the 'GSS' universe will allow us to maintain adequate monetization of the game and thus allow us to continue to grow ”- commented the president.

Drago entertainment was founded in 1998 in Krakow. In 2018, Aleksy Uchański, Maciej Miąsik, Jakub Trzebiński and Mateusz Wcześniak joined the team. It was then that the company decided to adopt a new strategy and focus on the production of its own games. The company made its debut on the NewConnect market in April 2021.
