DRAGO entertainment raises 2 million pln with IPO on NewConnect

On April 28, a company from the indie premium games industry, DRAGO entertainment, made its debut on NewConnect.

Unfortunately, DRAGOshares ending the first day on NewConnect 11% lower.

Also today, the company will publish the prologue of the original game Gas Station Simulator. The Management Board of DRAGO entertainment also announced the signing of agreements limiting the transferability of shares by the company’s shareholders (lock-up agreement). The contracts will be valid for 12 months from the debut.

In addition, the company is working on projects that can be described as survival games. These are Winter Survival Simulator, the production of which is supported by the famous traveler Marek Kamiński. And also on a much larger, flagship project in the fps / survival genre, the game RED FROST.

The publisher of most of the company’s proprietary games is Movie Games – one of the main shareholders of DRAGO; CEO is Joanna Tynor.

The studio also announced the conclusion of a framework agreement with the Bored Games studio for the implementation of a selected game from the DRAGO portfolio in a board version.
