Dr Irena Eris files for IPO

Dr Irena Eris has filed a prospectus with the Polish Financial Supervision Authority (KNF) in connection with the contemplated public offering and debut on the Warsaw Stock Exchange (WSE), the company said. The public offering of the shares is aimed at enabling the implementation of the group's strategy both in the cosmetics segment and in the segment of premium hotel services.

“We are a dynamically developing family company, our products are eagerly chosen both in Poland and in over 60 countries around the world. The cosmetics segment generated almost 81% of our total revenue in 2021. In line with our idea of ​​a holistic approach to care for health and beauty, we also run three luxury SPA hotels in attractive spa and holiday regions in Poland. Observing the growing demand for premium hotel services in Poland, we plan to build another Dr Irena Eris SPA Hotel in Świnoujście, ”said President Paweł Orfinger.

The Dr Irena Eris Group achieved PLN 297.6 million in sales revenues, and the net profit amounted to PLN 25.72 million in 2021.

The activities in the cosmetics segment in 2019 accounted for 79.4% of the group's revenues, in 2020 - 80.8% of the group's revenues, and in 2021 the cosmetics segment generated 80.9% of revenues. The premium hotel services segment, in the same periods, accounted for 20.6% of the group's revenues in 2019, 19.2% of the group's revenues in 2020 and 19.1% of the group's revenues in 2021.

The cosmetics produced by the company are sold in beauty salons, perfumeries, drugstores, pharmacies, supermarkets and online stores in 67 countries around the world. The export of the company's products accounted for 25% of the revenues from the sale of cosmetics in 2019, 29% of the revenues in 2020 and 32% of the revenues in 2021.

The group employs a total of 850 people, of which 525 in the cosmetics segment and 325 in the premium hotel services segment.
