DB Energy plans to move to the mian market of the Warsaw Stock Exchange in the coming months

DB Energy plans to move its listings to the main market of the Warsaw Stock Exchange from NewConnect in the coming months, company representatives informed ISBnews. Work on the prospectus is advanced, and the debut on the WSE will be accompanied by a share issue, they added.

“Work on the prospectus prepared in connection with the transfer of quotations to the regulated market of the Warsaw Stock Exchange is advanced and it is possible that the process will be finalized at the turn of the year. Pursuant to the resolution of the general meeting of shareholders, together with the transfer of quotations, a public offering of up to 415,000 new shares is planned,” said DB Energy's financial director Łukasz Feldman in an interview with ISBnews.

The target customer of DB Energy are medium and large industrial enterprises, for which the company offers support for the entire process of improving energy efficiency, from the recipe for reducing energy consumption, through the implementation and financing of investments under ESCO (short for Energy Service Company). In the ESCO model, it is DB Energy that covers the entire capital expenditure, and then shares with the customer the savings resulting from the reduction of energy consumption and emission costs.

DB Energy operates in the sector of energy efficiency services for industry in Poland. The company implements projects to improve energy efficiency in large and medium-sized industrial plants, from the identification of projects to improve energy efficiency, through their design and implementation, taking into account financing in the ESCO model (energy saving contract - long-term financing), as well as energy efficiency management at the client's, in this ongoing monitoring of industrial installations. Since July 2019, the company has been listed on NewConnect.
