DataWalk received its sixth US patent

DataWalk received patent protection from the United States Patent and Trademark Office for the invention called "Systems And Methods For Context-Independent Database Search Paths," the company said. Obtaining the sixth patent in the USA confirms the innovativeness of DataWalk technology on the most competitive IT market, emphasized DataWalk.

“Patenting IT solutions, apart from securing intellectual rights belonging to the company, also has a very practical and critical aspect in the case of the American market. Obtaining a patent allows to state that the technology owned by the issuer does not infringe the patent rights of other technologies. This is an extremely important step in the context of the ongoing sales activities of the issuer's capital group in the US, ”reads the release.

The pending patent applications in the European Union and the USA are aimed at securing key interests and are in line with the development strategy of the DataWalk capital group, which includes building a portfolio of intellectual property rights, added.
