Cyfrowy Polsat – after the end of the tender offer for the sale of the company’s shares – plans to present an update of its development strategy in the coming weeks, the company’s representatives informed.
“The strategy will be presented in the coming weeks. The call has an impact on this strategy, because we do not really know what it will end up with. When it ends, then we will present the strategy. Indeed, we are now working intensively on this strategy and its various variants – so that in a few weeks our update will see the light of day ”- said Maciej Stec, vice president for strategy of Cyfrowy Polsat and Polkomtel, Plus network operator Maciej Stec during the videoconference.
The company announced early that subscriptions in the tender offer will be accepted from October 18 to November 16 this year, and the expected date of the share purchase transaction is November 19.
The company’s new strategy will also have an impact on the dividend policy.
