Covenant.dev is getting ready to enter the WSE main market in 2023

Covenant.dev is getting ready to debut on the WSE main market next year, according to ISBtech.

The company is supported in the stock exchange plans by Trigon, and the planned date of the debut on the main market is 2023.

Covenant.dev is a Polish development studio based in Warsaw. The debut work on which the Covenant.dev team is working is a strategy game called Gord. The publisher of the title is Team17. The studio started operating in 2020. The team was headed by Stanisław Just, who previously worked in, among others, at 11 bit studios and CD Projekt RED.

Earlier this year, the company acquired an industry investor - Korean Krafton, the creator of the PUBG game. Covenant shares worth PLN 3.1 million are owned by Longterm Games from NewConnect (according to the valuation from the transaction with a Korean investor who acquired 10% of this company).
