Cordia Polska expects to sell approx. 750 apartments in Poland this year and to increase this number on the path of calm, organic growth to approx. 1000 over the next two years, said Michał Melaniuk, president and managing director of residential investments.
“This year we intend to sell approx. 750 apartments in Poland, which is roughly equal to the sales results in Hungary. Poland is to be one of the largest markets in the group and in the next two years – unless there is any significant change in the market – we will aim to achieve the level of 1,000 units a year, ”Melaniuk said in an interview with ISBnews after Cordia Polska Finance’s bond debut.
“I think that we will plan this growth carefully, gradually, it will not be a sudden change. For now, our focus is on organic growth. With the current market, this development had a chance for even greater dynamics, but we primarily care about the quality of the delivered product. We want each of our projects to be successful, so we are very ‘selective’, for example in selecting land for new projects, ”he added.
The developer’s intention is to be present on all major markets in Poland. For now, the company has an offer in Warsaw, Kraków and the Tri-City.
