Comarch has a framework agreement with Itochu Techno-Sollutions regarding cooperation in the Japanese telco

Comarch and the main Japanese integrator, Itochu Techno-Solutions, signed a framework agreement regarding the expansion of cooperation on the Japanese telecommunications market, the company announced.

“The aim of the cooperation is to improve and expand cooperation in the areas of readiness, implementation, assurance and monitoring of operational support services, as part of preparations for the digital transformation change in the Japanese telecommunications market. Thanks to the combination of Comarch's product base with the excellent knowledge of the Itochu Techno-Solutions industry, both companies can offer tailor-made solutions, delivered as products.

“We strongly believe that this cooperation will enable Japanese telecoms to smoothly bring the latest technologies to the market and facilitate the entire transformation process. The agreement also confirms Comarch's strong position in the context of OSS implementations,” said Łukasz Zezulak, Japan Country Manager at Comarch, quoted in the release.

The solutions promoted in Japan will also ensure the highest quality of business services thanks to optimized network monitoring in the 5G domain, unified dashboards, RCA and automatic troubleshooting functions. In addition, it will be possible to offer customers the latest services using the full power of legacy networks or 5G networks, while ensuring fast delivery and high quality services for end customers.

Comarch specializes in the design, implementation and integration of advanced IT systems, programming tools, tools and network infrastructures. The company has been listed on the Warsaw Stock Exchange since 1999. Its consolidated revenues amounted to PLN 1.62 billion in 2021.
