Comarch had PLN 123.04 million in net profit, and PLN 279.33 million in EBITDA in 2021

Comarch recorded PLN 123.04 million of consolidated net profit attributable to shareholders of the parent company in 2021 compared to PLN 120.63 million of profit a year earlier, the company said in the report.

The operating profit amounted to PLN 187.23 million versus PLN 191.56 million profit a year earlier. EBITDA profit amounted to PLN 279.33 million compared to PLN 277.85 million a year earlier.

Consolidated sales revenues amounted to PLN 1,627.15 million in 2021 compared to PLN 1,536.75 million a year earlier.

“Consolidated sales revenues reached PLN 1.63 billion, operating profit amounted to PLN 187.2 million, and the net profit attributable to the company's shareholders was PLN 123 million. The operating profitability in 2021 was 11.5%, and the net profitability was 7.6%. [...] Almost 94% of the group's revenues came from the sale of proprietary IT services and solutions, and almost 58% of the sales revenues were generated outside Poland. Last year, business developed rapidly both on the domestic market (increase by 7.7%) and on foreign markets (increase by 4.6%), especially in Asia and Western Europe. Customers were particularly interested in solutions for the telecommunications sector, whose sales increased by as much as PLN 98 million, i.e. by 31.8% compared to the previous year. This was the result of the implementation of large contracts obtained in previous periods. The sale of ERP systems as well as services and solutions for medicine also showed very good dynamics, ”wrote President Janusz Filipiak in a letter to shareholders.

On a standalone basis, the net profit in 2021 was PLN 78.05 million compared to PLN 80.01 million profit a year earlier.

Comarch specializes in the design, implementation and integration of advanced IT systems, programming tools, tools and network infrastructures. The company has been listed on the WSE since 1999. Its consolidated revenues amounted to PLN 1.62 billion in 2021.
