Columbus wants to develop PV farms with PPAs, is looking at wind projects

Columbus Energy plans to develop solar farm projects next year, mainly based on PPA (power purchase agreements), and is also looking at wind projects, said Dawid Zieliński. The company also counts on a presence on the prosumer market.

“It is difficult to say precisely what the next year will look like today, but we will definitely focus on the development of farm projects based not on auctions, but on PPA contracts. We are working intensively on it, the demand is clearly visible here, ”said Zieliński.

He added that the company is also looking at several wind projects.

“I hope that next year the first wind projects will be included in our portfolio and we will slowly build our own energy mix” – he indicated.

Another area of interest for Columbus Energy will be prosumer energy.
