Carbon Studio has a cooperation agreement with UTG Lab in the creation of Metaverse

Carbon Studio has signed an agreement with UIG Lab, which provides for the cooperation of both entities in the creation of Metaverse, developing in blockchain technology, the company said. Carbon Studio will be responsible for the creation of VR components and technological facilities in the project.

Metaverse is a network of 3D virtual worlds. The new form of the Internet, announced by the creator of Facebook - Mark Zuckerberg - allows you to create a virtual universe in which users can perform activities present in the real world: hold meetings, work, participate in virtual events or shop. Metaverse is also to be an opportunity for businesses to run their own businesses and develop them, it said.

“We are very pleased to announce that we have joined an international team implementing a joint project - a sandbox, which assumes the development of a colony on a foreign planet. The project is very interesting in terms of the cross-platform game itself, where players on PC and MacBooks will be able to meet players in VR, but also conceptually. We plan to cooperate with the largest think tanks (a platform for dialogue, exchange of experience, knowledge and good practices for leaders from a given area) in the field of space exploration development. We are glad that he can bring his know-how in the field of VR to such an interesting project "- said Aleksander Caban, board member of Carbon Studio, quoted in the announcement.

Carbon Studio specializes in creating and publishing video games on the platforms of all major VR technology producers: Oculus, HTC Vive, PlayStation VR, Microsoft VR, Samsung Gear VR, Xiaomi VR, as well as PCs and consoles. Carbon Studio will create a game for all major VR platforms, set in the "Warhammer: Age of Sigmar" universe. The company has been listed on NewConnect since December 2019.
