Carbon Group (formerly Elektromont) signed a letter of intent with CDBP, which is part of the Colliers Poland capital group. The document concerns the definition of the terms and conditions of future cooperation in the core area of Carbon Group's activity, i.e. the design and assembly of electrical and teletechnical installations, Carbon Group announced. As part of the letter of intent signed by the parties, CDBP will provide information on selected projects, while Carbon Group will provide materials and information on investment opportunities. The parties also expressed their willingness to establish broader and long-term cooperation, it was reported. “At this stage, we intend to focus on the company's core business, which is comprehensive services in the field of electrical installations in various types of facilities. Over the past few weeks, we have had many talks with partners in order to implement new contracts, which will be an important part of Carbon Group's revenue. Signing a letter of intent with such a valued partner is proof of the effectiveness of our activities. We want to work out mutually beneficial terms of cooperation, which will contribute to the finalization of many significant contracts,” said Cezary Jasiński, member of the supervisory board delegated to act as president, quoted in the release. In earlier announcements, the company Elektromont - listed on NewConnect - announced the expansion of its activities to include trading in traditional energy sources, such as hard coal, in the first place, and in the next stages trading in renewable energy sources.
