BPI Real Estate Poland plans to start 6 investments for a total of approx. 2,200 apartments

BPI Real Estate Poland is planning to start six new investments in Poland this year, which will provide approx. 70 thousand sq m of office space. m2 of usable floor space in over 2,200 residential units, the company said. We are talking about projects in Wrocław, Poznań, Tricity and Warsaw.

“The developer is currently getting ready to start construction projects in the first half of the year for residential projects in Wrocław at ul. Czysta, in Poznań at ul. Wagrowska and in Gdynia at ul. Bernadowo hill. In the second half of the year, BPI Real Estate Poland plans to start an innovative large-city project, which will be implemented in Poznań's Łazarz district in cooperation with Revive. The next projects planned for this year will be located in Warsaw. The first is a residential investment at ul. Chmielna in the city center. The second project is located at ul. Obrzeżna and will be implemented within the PRS sector in cooperation with the Acteeum company ”- said in the release.
