BNP Paribas granted PLN 120 million in SSL financing to companies from the Śnieżka Group

Bank BNP Paribas provided two companies from the Śnieżka Group with financing for a total amount of PLN 120 million related to ESG (SLL – Sustainability-Linked Loan) objectives, the bank announced.

Thanks to this transaction, Śnieka Group entities – Fabryka Farb i Lakierów Śnieka and Śnieżka TOC, obtained working capital and funds to refinance investments until 2027. The Śnieka Group is one of the leaders on the market of decorative paints in Poland, Hungary and Ukraine.

“As Śnieżka, we have recently presented our sustainable development strategy, which defines the directions of actions, symbolically announced under the slogan ‘Green matters’. The step that shows that these activities are concrete is the funding obtained, related to the ESG goals.(…)” said Witold Waśko, CFO of Śnieżka, as quoted in the release.

Fabryka Farb i Lakierów Śnieżka is one of the leading producers of paints and varnishes in Poland. In 2003, it debuted on the Warsaw Stock Exchange. In 2022, it had PLN 792 million of consolidated revenues.
