Big Cheese Studio recorded PLN 12.41 million in standalone net profit in 2021 compared to PLN 8.23 million profit a year earlier, the company said in the report. The operating profit amounted to PLN 12.94 million against PLN 8.72 million profit a year earlier. The EBITDA result amounted to PLN 13.03 million compared to PLN 8.72 million a year earlier. Sales revenues reached PLN 16.28 million in 2021 compared to PLN 11.43 million a year earlier. "On On December 31, 2021, the cash on the company's account amounted to PLN 13.3 million. The results were influenced by the sale of the studio's best-selling game - 'Cooking Simulator', which won the title of the Steam platform VR game of the year 2021, 'reads the announcement on the results. "We intend to continue to focus on scaling the business and reaching a wider audience. To this end, we plan to diversify distribution channels, including to 'Cooking Simulator VR'. The project will be available on two new platforms this year: Oculus Quest 2 and PSVR, and new additions for the Xbox and PlayStation will soon be available. I hope that the latest editions will be equally popular among players. I am full of optimism, because 'Cooking Simulator VR' is the game that recently won the Steam award for the VR game of 2021.
