Best expects a further increase in repayments this year and is planning further bond issues

Best expects a further increase in repayments this year (after an increase by 7% y / y to PLN 399 million last year), it is planning further investments and further bond issues, announced President Krzysztof Borusowski.

“We expect a further increase in repayments, both on the portfolio we have - we want to maintain a good level, and we are adding new investments. We plan new investments, we not only plan - we implement. Of course, as always, we will look at their effectiveness. We have returned to the bond market - we will not give it up, we will place subsequent tranches and new issues. Of course, the market is difficult, but we will continue to fight, ”said Borusowski during a press videoconference.

Best has an open bond issue program worth PLN 200 million; so far, the company has issued series W1, W2 and W3 bonds with a total nominal value of PLN 31.2 million.

The group's commitments at the end of 2021 included, inter alia, 185 million PLN in bonds and 212 million PLN in bank loans, also stated in the presentation.

Best specializes in irregular debt trading and management. He invests in debt portfolios (primarily banking) with the use of securitization funds. Best is a company listed on the Warsaw Stock Exchange since 1997. Its consolidated operating income reached PLN 339 million in 2021.
