Asseco SEE had PLN 39.12 million of net profit, and PLN 67.67 million of EBITDA in Q1 2022

Asseco South Eastern Europe recorded PLN 39.12 million of consolidated net profit attributable to shareholders of the parent company in Q1 2022 compared to PLN 31.43 million profit a year earlier, the company said in the report.

The operating profit amounted to PLN 46.72 million against PLN 38.51 million profit a year earlier. The EBITDA result amounted to PLN 67.67 million, compared to PLN 57.5 million a year earlier.

Consolidated sales revenues reached PLN 311.18 million in Q1 2022 compared to PLN 252.77 million a year earlier.

“Further improvement of the financial results of the ASEE Group in the first quarter of 2022 is mainly the result of an increase in the scale of operations in the Payment Solutions and Dedicated Solutions segments. The growing scale of operations is also partly the result of the consolidation of several new companies in the ASEE Group. In the second half of 2021, the ASEE Group began consolidating the results of Content Speed, IT Sistemi, eVision, Web Studio and Smartek, and from the beginning of 2022, BSTS companies. In the first quarter of 2022, the newly acquired companies of the ASEE Group generated revenues of EUR 4.8 million. The impact of new companies and the effect of PPA on assets on EBIT was EUR 0.3 million, and on EBITDA was EUR 0.6 million, ”the report reads.
