Arctic Paper had PLN 127.15 million in net profit, and PLN 327.76 million in EBITDA in 2021

Arctic Paper recorded PLN 127.15 million of consolidated net profit attributable to shareholders of the parent company in 2021 compared to PLN 111.07 million profit a year earlier, the company said in the report.

The operating profit amounted to PLN 244.57 million versus PLN 158.24 million profit a year earlier. EBITDA profit amounted to PLN 327.76 million compared to PLN 271.37 million a year earlier.

Consolidated sales revenues amounted to PLN 3,412.58 million in 2021 compared to PLN 2,847.45 million a year earlier.

“We recorded very good results in the segment of packaging papers. Sales dynamics exceeded 200%. This proves a clear trend of replacing plastic by packaging made of natural raw materials, e.g. cellulose. This gives us a strong conviction that this direction of development of cellulose and packaging production is worth continuing, ”wrote President Michał Jarczyński in a letter to shareholders.

Arctic Paper is the second largest European producer of bulky book paper in terms of production volume and one of the leading producers of high-quality graphic paper in Europe. The company has been listed on the WSE since 2009. Its consolidated sales revenues reached PLN 3.41 billion in 2021.
