Answear is on the right track to exhaust the warehouse’s potential of PLN 2 billion in turnover

Answear estimates that it is “on the right track to exhaust the potential of the warehouse, estimated at PLN 2 billion”, informed Krzysztof Bajołek, CEO. By 2025, the company wants to enter the Baltic states, smaller Balkan countries and Moldova, and then open Western European markets.

“The capacity of our warehouse is PLN 2 billion. We are at the halfway point and at the same time well on our way to exhausting this potential. In the future, we can launch another warehouse closer to our southern markets,” said Bajołek during the International Investor Day, whose media partner is ISBnews.

He indicated that Answear reached 200,000. premium brand products ready for immediate shipment. Recently, this number has been increased by 50%.

Answear’s average order value (AOV) exceeded PLN 300 excluding VAT. The company’s president still sees room for growth in this area, which will contribute to further improvement in profitability.

“We will continue to open new markets in the coming years on the wave of favorable e-commerce trends, but it depends on the current economic situation. We assume entering the Baltic countries, the smaller Balkan countries and Moldova by 2025. Then we will try Western European markets,” stressed the president of Answear.

Jacek Dziaduś, responsible for Answear’s finances, pointed out that the preliminary total revenues last year were amounted to PLN 969 million, which means an increase of 42% despite the difficult market environment.

Answear.com is an e-commerce company founded in 2011 that sells branded clothing, footwear and accessories. Sales are geographically diversified, and none of the markets accounts for more than 30% of the company’s total revenues. The company has been listed on the main market of the Warsaw Stock Exchange since 2021.
