Amica has launched an e-shop with its brand accessories for individual customers

The Amica Group has launched an online store with product and home accessories of its brand for individual customers, the company said.

“Amica's product and home accessories are now available on the Polish manufacturer's new online shopping service. On the website, the offer for individual customers includes, among others baking molds, vacuum cleaner bags or cooker hood filters. The company declares that the products purchased in this way will be delivered within 24 hours. The launch of online sales is accompanied by a refreshed website, ”reads the release.

At the beginning, the company made available selected product and home accessories. As the website develops, more articles of this type will appear on the online offer. Visitors can also find the opinions of customers who have already bought a given product, indicated in the material, on the product cards.

“The possibility of purchasing selected accessories directly from the manufacturer was expressed by its potential users, surveyed as part of our recent Customer Journey research project. Customers expect us to be able to make such purchases in a safe manner and with a guarantee of fast delivery. In our new website, we meet all these expectations - we provide both fully secure payment methods and a full manufacturer's warranty, as well as product delivery within 24 hours "- said Robert Drożyński, project leader responsible at the Amica Group for building and implementing the e-commerce strategy, quoted in the message.

Amica is a manufacturer of household appliances, listed on the Warsaw Stock Exchange since 1997. In 2021, it had PLN 3,434 million of consolidated revenues.
