Ambra wants to monitor the market for possible acquasitions, especially in 2023

The Ambra Group will be monitoring the market in terms of possible acquisitions, especially in the next year there may appear a space offering opportunities for acquisitions, said President Robert Ogór.

“It's a bit early, we have a 12-month trial ahead of us. In the markets where we operate - Poland, Czech Republic, Slovakia, Romania - we are careful observers and we will see how this period [slowdown] will affect the sector. We are financially prepared for such activities. I think that in 2023 we can see bigger moves and changes in our environment, ”said Ogór during the press conference.

Ambra recorded PLN 51.82 million of consolidated net profit attributable to shareholders of the parent company in the financial year 2021/2022 (July 2021 - June 2022) compared to PLN 45.62 million profit a year earlier. Consolidated sales revenues less excise tax and trade fees amounted to PLN 775.65 million in the current year. 2021/2022.

Ambra is the largest producer, importer and distributor of wines in Poland. The company has been listed on the WSE since mid-2005.
