Alumetal has a framework agreement with Tesla for the supply of aluminum casting alloys

Alumetal Poland, a subsidiary of Alumetal, has signed a framework agreement with Tesla Manufacturing Brandenburg for the supply of aluminum casting alloys, Alumetal reported.

The agreement governs the terms of cooperation until the end of 2023.

"If deliveries are made at the level envisaged in the contract, the share of sales to the customer in the structure of the consolidated sales revenues of the Alumetal Group in 2023 may exceed 10%, which would mean that this customer will be among the 4 largest recipients of the issuer" - we read in the release .

The Alumetal capital group operates in the foundry and metallurgical industry in the production of secondary aluminum, i.e. the production of aluminum casting alloys and primary alloys from aluminum scrap. The Alumetal Group is a national leader in this field and is the second largest manufacturer of secondary aluminum alloys in Europe. The company has been listed on the Warsaw Stock Exchange since July 2014. Its consolidated sales revenues reached PLN 2.19 billion in 2021.
