Alior Bank has appointed a team of specialists for remote after-sales service of companies, thanks to which business customers have the opportunity to quickly and conveniently execute their orders, both by phone, e-mail and via online banking. The solution can be used by customers from the segment of small and medium-sized and large enterprises.
“The new team of specialists is responsible for quick contact with the client and full after-sales service. Our experts use automated digital processes that allow, among other things, to verify the authorization and identity of the entrepreneur. Thanks to this, we significantly shorten the service time and increase the level of customer satisfaction. The solution is in line with our strategy ‘Bank every day, Bank for the future’, under which we use the automation of service processes even more efficiently and implement solutions that make it easier for entrepreneurs to run a business and contact our bank,” said the managing director of the Business Customer Products Division at Alior Bank Marek Sołtysiak, quoted in the communiqué.
The new Alior Bank team has significantly expanded the scope of the existing remote service for business customers. BusinessPro online banking users can also carry out online orders via the Product Center module.
“Via telephone, e-mail or online banking, customers can receive information about the service of the company’s deposit products, place an order in BusinessPro online banking and follow the progress of its processing by the bank. In addition, a team of remote service specialists accepts customer orders regarding corporate products opened at Alior Bank, prepares opinions, certificates and account histories. Entrepreneurs can also remotely open an auxiliary account, order a debit card or report a change in their company details. The list of instructions that business customers can carry out without visiting a branch currently includes 50 items.
