Aldi will open 7 new stores in September, the chain said. The new stores will be located in Starogard Gdański, Słupsk, Gdańsk, Płock, Łomża, Nowy Sącz and Mikołów, and the total area of all seven new stores will be less than 10,000 m2. By the end of this year. the chain wants to open about 31 stores.
“We want to be present as close to our clients as possible, therefore we are looking for well-connected locations, close to housing estates, but also major shopping and office centers are included in our strategy. We will be in every province in September. This shows how dynamically we are developing in Poland. We make shopping as easy as possible for our customers. We pay special attention to the concept of the interiors of our stores – what distinguishes us is wide aisles between shelves, unique private labels that are willingly returned to, and high quality products at a relatively low price “- said Tomasz Gawlik, director of the Real Estate and Expansion Area of ALDI in Poland.
