Grape Up, a technology and consulting company building key IT solutions for large global companies from the Automotive, Insurance, Finance & Retail sector, has taken over Addepto, an expert in the field of AI / ML and Big Data technology implementation. In this way, Grape Up extends its competences in the field of artificial intelligence.
As part of the transaction, Grape Up will take over a majority stake in Addepto. The acquisition process will be completed in the third quarter of this year. The size of the investment is several million zlotys. Grape Up and Addepto will function independently of each other, but at the same time will work closely together in providing services and products to their customers, using complementary knowledge and competences.
