Boryszew’s supervisory board appointed Wojciech Kowalczyk to the board and entrusted him with the position of president, the company said.
At the same time, Wojciech Kowalczyk resigned from the position of the chairman of the supervisory board of the company, which he left on May 19 this year. delegated for a period of three months to temporarily perform the duties of the president of the management board.
The supervisory board appointed Janusz Siemieniec to replace him, it was also reported.
