Unity Group takes over Global4Net, aims for more M&A deals

Unity Group has taken over Global4Net, announced Grzegorz Kuczyński, President of Unity Group. The Group is to build an integrator of e-commerce solutions on an international scale.

“We announce the joining forces of Unity Group and Global4Net. Together, we are building an integrator of e-commerce solutions on an international scale. We want most of our group’s revenues to come from abroad within a few years, ” Kuczyński said.

He added that the group’s goal is to create a digitization leader in the European market.

“The specialists of both companies will create one of the largest Magento teams (Adobe solutions) on the Polish market. Global4Net will remain an independent brand, another self-organizing team within the Unity Group supporting the implementation of the entire organization,” he pointed out.

He added that Unity Group is also trying to incubate projects in which it acts as a shareholder.
