United Distribution Holding (UDH), a distributor of imported premium beers in Poland, has decided to relocate to the Panattoni Park Pruszków II distribution center. In the new location, the company will occupy almost 3,300 sq m. of warehouse and office space.
“In accordance with the adopted strategy, we decided to expand in order to be able to increase our distribution capacity and become an even more competitive entity. We have been analyzing sales processes for a long time, looking for the best solution for building an effective supply chain. When choosing a new logistics center, it was crucial to increase the storage capacity of goods, while maintaining high standards related to timely deliveries,” says Igor Chraniuk, President of the Management Board, United Distribution Holding.
The tenant will occupy 3,100 sq m. of warehouse and logistics space, which will be complemented by an office and social module with an area of 161 sq m. The tenant was represented in the transaction by AXI IMMO.
“After presenting several offers of space available immediately, the client quickly decided to establish cooperation with Panattoni again. During the negotiations, the developer showed great understanding of the tenant’s business needs, which translated into obtaining flexible and tailored solutions. In addition, the new distribution park is located approximately 9 kilometers from the previous location, which will certainly contribute to the retention of the same staff,” emphasizes Klaudia Markowska, Consultant in the Industrial and Logistics Agency, AXI IMMO.
Panattoni Park Pruszków II is a modern class A warehouse center consisting of three halls with a total area of over 69,000 sqm. (…)
