Unibep had PLN 33.22 million of net profit, PLN 83.44 million of EBITDA in 2021

Unibep recorded PLN 33.22 million of consolidated net profit attributable to shareholders of the parent company in 2021 compared to PLN 37.23 million of profit a year earlier, the company said in the report. The total consolidated net profit amounted to PLN 47.13 million versus PLN 37.15 million profit a year earlier.
The operating profit amounted to PLN 61.48 million compared to PLN 59.79 million profit a year earlier. The EBITDA result amounted to PLN 83.44 million compared to PLN 78.29 million a year earlier.

Consolidated sales revenues amounted to PLN 1,712.39 million in 2021 compared to PLN 1,682.34 million a year earlier.

"PLN 47 million (increase by 27% y / y) of net profit, with sales at the level of PLN 1.7 billion (increase by 2% y / y) - these are the results of the Unibep Group for 2021. These are the historical results of the group achieved in extremely difficult, business-wise very demanding conditions. It is worth adding that the group improved its cash position - at the end of the year there were PLN 271 million in our accounts (an increase by about 3% year on year), ”wrote President Leszek Gołąbiecki in a letter to shareholders.

On a standalone basis, the net profit in 2021 amounted to PLN 16.8 million, compared to PLN 16.76 million in profit a year earlier.
