Ultimate Games had a net profit of PLN 6.39 million, and EBITDA of PLN 6.21 million in 2021

Ultimate Games recorded PLN 6.39 million of consolidated net profit attributable to shareholders of the parent company in 2021 compared to PLN 32.68 million of profit a year earlier, the company said in the report.

The operating profit amounted to PLN 6.09 million versus PLN 7.12 million profit a year earlier. The EBITDA result was respectively: PLN 6.21 million compared to PLN 7.18 million a year earlier.

Consolidated sales revenues reached PLN 22.61 million in 2021 compared to PLN 14.86 million a year earlier.

President Mateusz Zawadzki declared that the group plans to increase the number of games released in the coming years.

“Last year was a time of intensive work on new productions for us. This resulted in the release of 83 games and add-ons in 2021 with plans to increase this number in the coming years. In order to achieve this goal, the group dynamically takes over new teams, either in the form of own (internal) teams or special purpose vehicles, ”Zawadzki wrote in a letter to shareholders.

On a standalone basis, the net profit in 2021 amounted to PLN 9.44 million compared to PLN 16.67 million profit a year earlier.

Ultimate Games operates in the video game market, specializing in the production and distribution of games for desktop computers and mobile devices. In 2016, the company acquired a significant investor, PlayWay, a leading producer and publisher of computer games, listed on the regulated market of the Warsaw Stock Exchange. The company has been listed on the WSE main market since July 2019.
