Two Gdanski Business Center buildings sold

POLAND HB Reavis has sold buildings B and C of the Gdanski Business Center in Warsaw for over EUR 200 mlnto Savills Investment Management, which was acting on behalf of a global pension fund client.

Building C and D of the complex have around 53,000 sqm gla. The centre was completed in 2016 and is 100 pct occupied. Teants include Aviva Group, KPMG, Nielsen, Euronet, BGŻ BNP Paribas, GE and the Court of Appeals. The first two out of the four office buildings totalling 48,000 sq m were sold in December 2016 for EUR 186 mln, also to Savills IM on behalf of the same client.

The development offers a unique combination of facilities and location, leased at attractive rental levels and is a proven success with a wide range of first class occupiers. The deal also marks another large investment into Poland, a country in which we have made significant investments totalling nearly EUR 1 bln in the last two years.”

Gdanski Business Center is BREEAM certified with a rating of ‘Excellent’.

Greenberg Traurig advised HB Reavis on the deal, while Clifford Chance and K+S Ingenieure advised Savills Investment Management.
