Woodpecker.co S.A., a technology company offering an application that acts as an intelligent B2B sales assistant, is approaching its NewConnect debut. The Management Board of the Warsaw Stock Exchange adopted a resolution on the introduction of series A shares in Woodpecker.co S.A. to the alternative trading system on the NewConnect market.
In June this year Woodpecker.co S.A. he successfully conducted a public offering for the sale of shares with a total value of PLN 11 million. In the process of introducing the shares to trading, the Company is supported by INC S.A. as an Authorized Adviser.
